I recently signed up for a membership, do I need a physical card?
No, our cards are now virtual and are sent through email within a few business days after sign up. Please search your email inbox for an email titled, ‘WELCOME TO THE CLUB’. This email has your new membership card enclosed. You can conveniently check in directly from your phone.
I need to update my membership billing information, how do I do that?
Please visit www.myiclubonline.com and register your account by creating a username/password. This will give you access to change or update any information we have on file for your membership. You can access this 24/7 for your convenience.

I’m a current member, do you have a family plan
To add family to your membership plan, please fill out a ‘Family Add-on’ application for each family member you would like to include in your membership. The application will ask who is the primary member, this is where you put your name. The cost is $7.99 biweekly per add-on.
I’m a Platinum member, how do I get my 25% discount on training?
You can register for a training class instore or email email@example.com if you do not currently have the promo code for online registration. Your membership will be confirmed by staff before training begins.
I need to cancel my membership, how do I do that?
Please reach out directly to our billing company at 888-827-9262.
This can also be done via www.myiclubonline.com by logging into your account and selecting the ‘My Agreement Info’ tab and clicking ‘Request Cancel’. Fill out the necessary information on the form and submit your request. A summary will be sent to your email on file.
Do you have an annual membership plan?
Yes, we offer our Silver membership for an annual fee of $449.99 + tax.
This will give you the same benefits as our Gold membership. You can sign up in store or email our membership team at firstname.lastname@example.org for a sign up link.
How do I sign up for a Patriot membership and what are the benefits?
Our patriot membership offers Gold benefits for a discounted rate of $14.99 biweekly. Please sign up in store to confirm eligibility.
What are ammo privileges?
Members receive 10% off ammo purchases shopping instore.
Do you offer group or corporate memberships?
